Backup your blood pressure readings

My Blood Pressure stores your readings in the folder "[My Documents]\My BP". If you have a regular backup proceedure, please include this folder in the last of folders you backup.

To create a quick backup, you could follow the steps below:

  1. Shutdown My-BP if it is running. (Right-click on the heart icon in your System Tray, and then click on "Shutdown My-BP")
  2. Open the "My Documents" folder. (On most systems, you will have a "My Documents" folder on your desktop. Double-click on that folder to open it).
  3. Select the "My BP" subfolder in the list. (Single left-click)
    • For Windows XP and 2000: Right-click on the "My BP" subfolder, then click "Send To", then click "Compressed Zipped Folder". Windows will create a new zip file (probably named "My BP.zip") in the "My Documents" folder.
    • For Windows 98 and ME: Click on the "Edit" menu, then click on "Copy to Folder". Choose the "My Documents" folder. Windows will copy all the files to a new folder (probably named "Copy of My BP").
