Changing the high reading level

The High Reading Levels are used throughout My Blood Pressure to highlight high readings. This is for informational purposes only. Only your doctor can determine what is and is not a high reading for you.

To change the High Reading Level, click on the Tasks menu, then click on Change High Levels....

The window contains two buttons that set the high levels to levels found in the USA National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute guidelines.

You can also manually enter systolic and diastolic levels. A reading will be considered to be high if either the systolic or diastolic reading is greater or equal to these levels.

Notes

• You should only set these levels in consultation with your doctor.
