3. Click on Open or Run.
4. The download will take approximately 10 minutes on a dial up connection.
5. If you are running Windows XP SP2 you may see a security warning from Internet Explorer similar to the screenshot below. Please click on Run.
6. Follow the setup wizards prompts.

Windows Vista Users

The current version of My Blood Pressure has been tested and runs on the new Microsoft Vista operating system. A new version of My Blood Pressure will be released in mid 2008 which will take advantage of the new Vista features and look and feel. This new version will be a free upgrade for all users.
